Return, Exchange and Warranty
At xtndconnect, your satisfaction is a guarantee.
UAE
- Refund/Exchange does not apply
- Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.
- Special order items or cut cable/wire are not refundable.
- Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
WARRANTY
- The warranty tendered hereunder, on the Network product(s) sold under this invoice will be provided exclusively by their respective Authorized Agents/Distributors and are limited to UAE for one year from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on xtndconnect Invoice.
- Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and xtndconnect is a facilitator only.
- Physical Damage items are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
- Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
- Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only, unless specified
